[Usage]
Aromatic microcapsule G-JN could be employed by padding, dipping and printing methods on different fabrics, which depends upon the treated stuff property. It suited for natural and synthetic fiber textiles, papers, etc.
1. Padding method
●G-JN: 5-10g/L
●Binder: 5-10g/L
●Routes: Fabric---Padding(Take up ratio 60%-80%)---Dry(80-110℃)
2. Dipping method
●G-JN: 0.5-1.0% o.w.f.
●Binder: 0.5-1.0% o.w.f.
●Routes: Fabric---Dipping(evenly)---Dehydrate(recycle the dehydrated water to dipping jigger)---Dry(80-110℃)---Finish
3. Printing method
●G-JN: 2-5%
●Color: X
●Binder: 15-20%
●Thickener: 1-2%
●Water: Dilute 100%
●Routes: Firstly prepare the printing color paste, then add G-JN into the paste, stir evenly.
●Printing--- Dry(50-100℃)---Stenter(100-120℃)---Finish
[Storage]
Placed in a cool, dry place, storage period of 12 months.
[Notes]
Because each kind of flavor after covering has different boiling point, there are deviations on drying temperature, and the highest drying temperature do not exceed 120℃.
